ALMEDA PLAZA MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH
APMBC is a place of worship, community, and spiritual growth for many families in our local area. Our church has been a beacon of hope and faith for our community, providing spiritual guidance, support, and outreach programs to those in need. To continue our mission and expand our services, we rely heavily on the generosity of individuals like you.
We are currently seeking financial contributions to support our various programs and initiatives, including our food pantry, youth programs, community outreach, and maintenance of our facilities. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in our ability to continue serving our community. A contribution of $50 can feed a family through our food pantry for a week, while a $100 donation can provide resources for our youth programs. A larger donation of $500 or more can help us maintain our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming place for all who seek spiritual solace.
Campaign to Expand
As our Food Pantry continues to serve more and more families by the month, we
do not have have sufficient space to carry out our other initiatives, including
a Christian Preschool, and GED completion course. We have set a goal of
$225,000 to build a new multipurpose facility on our property, a new storage
building with electricity, and a new parking lot to accommodate our guests and
support the weight of the large trucks that supply us for food distribution.
If you feel moved to support us in our endeavor, please make a check payable to Almeda Plaza MBC and send it by mail to 13924 Quention, Houston, TX 77045. Alternatively, you can also donate online through our website at AlmedaPlaza.org. All donations are tax-deductible, and a receipt will be provided for your records. We understand that not everyone may be in a position to contribute financially. If this is the case, we would greatly appreciate your prayers and any volunteer support you can provide. Thank you for considering our request. Your generosity and kindness will help us continue to serve our community and spread the message of faith, hope, and love. May God bless you abundantly for your kindness and generosity.
Yours in Christ,
Sonya Peten, Pastor
